Pirata’s large, shared platters and signature dishes will inspire the new menu.
Cathay Pacific has partnered with Hong Kong-based Italian restaurant Pirata to expand Cathay’s onboard menu with authentic Italian cuisine.
The brand-new menu comprises selections inspired by Pirata’s line of large, shared platters and signature dishes, all to bring a home-style curation to travellers.
Both culinary teams and Cathay Pacific have carefully collaborated on the inflight menu. It is one of the latest partnerships that the airline service has formed to expand its inflight dining offerings.
