Hong Kong Airlines launches flights to Nagoya

The airlines will have 4x weekly direct service to the city.

Hong Kong Airlines (HKA) has expanded its network coverage in Japan with the launch of its flights to Nagoya. The airlines will have four direct flights to Nagoya per week.

HKA, however, said it plans to gradually increase its service between Hong Kong and Nagoya to daily flights starting in August.

Flight HX664, its inaugural flight to Naghoya, was welcomed at Central Japan Airport with a traditional water cannon salute.

"Nagoya is a fascinating city, conveniently located near popular travel destinations in Central Japan. Its prime geographic location also offers easy connections to major cities in both the eastern and western regions, including Tokyo and Kansai,” Jeff Sun, HKA president, said.
