Schemes at West Rail properties redesigned

The West Rail Property Development Limited has redesigned the schemes at Nam Cheong Station, and Sites Tsuen Wan 5 and Tsuen Wan 5 of the Tsuen Wan West Station.

This was done to comply with new requirements that came into effect on April 1 to foster a quality and sustainable built environment.
 
The Development Bureau today welcomed the revised schemes which will bring about significant improvements in terms of building separation and permeability, air ventilation and greenery coverage for the benefit of residents and the neighbourhood.
 
The developments occupy comprehensive development area sites in the outline zoning plans. The Town Planning Board’s Metro Planning Committee will consider the revised schemes on June 17.
