Colliers International Korea and RDN join forces

Partnership integrates the resources and network of both companies and brings extended service offerings.

Colliers International Korea announced Wednesday a strategic alliance with Real Estate Development Network (RDN) to provide clients with professional and comprehensive real estate solutions in Korea.

RDN, led by Jay J. Kang, is a specialist real estate consulting and project management company based in Korea. Major mixed-use development projects in which RDN was involved include Midan City by Nippo, DMC Landmark by Daewoo, Robot Land by Incheon City, Songdo New City by Gale & POSCO, SIFC by AIG, Alphadom by Lotte, a logistics center by Alpha Investment and more than 50% of the leading development projects in Korea. Currently, RDN is working as the leading project advisor in Raintree – the project management company established by Korea Asset Management Corporation (KAMCO) - on the revitalisation of non-performing loans owned by KAMCO.

Colliers International has been working with RDN as business partners for more than 10 years. Recent projects which the two companies are jointly working on together include the leasing of 30,000 sq m of new prime offices in the central area of Seoul and 10,000 sq m of a neighbourhood shopping centre at Seoul Metro area, according to a Colliers International report.
