TST Tower in West Kowloon now open for residential lease

Located at the region of West Kowloon, 388 Un Chau Street, TST Tower — a premium mixed-use development comprising a 26-storey residential tower and three storeys of retail space — has been completed this month, and the tower’s residential part is now open for lease.
According to a release from JLL, developed by TST Property Limited, the 114-m high brand new tower comprises 137 residential units with gross floor area ranging from approximately 344 sq ft to 1,343 sq ft.
Units for lease from one-bedroom to three-bedroom apartments, while 29 car parking spaces are also available at B/F. Rentals range starting from $30 per sq ft, and show suites on the 23/F & 24/F are now available for public visit by appointment.
Residents can enjoy not only various facilities, such as a spacious clubhouse and swimming pool with grand opening expecting in Q1 2015, but also shopping convenience.
Retailers including 759 store, Mannings, as well as a well-known Chinese restaurant are expected to move in over the coming months. JLL Hong Kong is also responsible for the project's retail leasing.
