Auction for 3 floors of Harbourfront Landmark scrapped
Instead, the landlord has opted for a private treaty sale.
The public auction for the three Harbourfront Landmark properties at 11 Wan Hoi Street, Hung Hom has been cancelled, JLL announced.
The cancellation comes amidst negotiations with potential buyers. Instead of proceeding with the public auction, the landlord has opted for a private treaty sale.
The auction, originally scheduled to take place on 27 March at the JLL office at 7/F One Island East, 979 King's Road, Quarry Bay, was set to include the entire third, fifth, and sixth floors of Harbourfront Landmark.
