Government announces bidding for two lots

Lots up for public tender have a total size of over 13,000 square meters.

The Lands Department said a hotel site in North Point and a residential site in Sha Tin will be disposed of by public tender. The tender invitation for both lots will run from February 15 to March 22.

The two sites are Inland Lot No.9020 on North Point Estate Lane and Shu Kuk Street, North Point, and Sha Tin Town Lot No.566 in Area 56A, Kau To, Sha Tin.

The Inland lot has a site area of 5,369 square metres and is designated for hotel purposes. The minimum and maximum gross floor areas are 21,600 and 36,000 square metres.

The Sha Tin Town lot has a site area of 8,080 square metres and is designated for private residential purposes. The minimum and maximum gross floor areas are 7,272 and 12,120 square metres.

The final conditions of sale for both lots will be uploaded to the Lands Department's website by February 15, while the tender particulars will also be gazetted.
