Government gives 4 pre-sale approvals for home projects

2,107 unfinished units are involved.

According to a release, four pre-sale consents for residential developments involving a total of 2,107 uncompleted units were issued in November, the Lands Department said.

Two developments, one on Lai Chi Kok Road, and another in Kam Tin, comprising 1,066 units, are due for completion next year.

One development involving 53 units on Argyle Street, and another involving 988 units in Tsing Yi, are due for completion in 2014 and 2015.

At the end of November, 21 applications for pre-sale consent for uncompleted residential developments and five applications for pre-sale consent for uncompleted commercial developments were being processed. The 21 applications in respect of uncompleted residential developments being processed involved a total of 10,248 units.

An application for consent to assign involving 51 residential units is being processed.
