Hotel Ease Access Lai Chi Kok for sale for $410m

The hotel has 119 guestrooms with a total gross floor area of around 38,619 sq. ft.

Brand-new Hotel Ease Access Lai Chi Kok in Cheung Sha Wan is up for sale with an estimated property value of $410m, according to JLL.

In a statement, JLL said the hotel at No.42A Wing Hong Street offers 119 guestrooms, three car parking spaces, and one loading/unloading bay with a gross floor area of 38,619 square feet.

It added that the sale will include the decoration and all furniture, adding that the property could operate immediately without additional investment.

The property used to be a 21-storey commercial building before it was refurbished into a hotel which was completed in 2022.

JLL said the property is a seven-minute walk from the Exit B1 of the MTR Lai Chi Kok Station, a 10 to 15-minute drive from the Hig Speed Rail’s West Kowloon Station, and the Yau Tsim Mong District.

It is also around 30 minutes from the Hong Kong International Airport and the Lok Ma Chau checkpoint.
