One Causeway Bay to be up for lease

The redeveloped building will provide around 500,000 sq ft of office space.

The Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group has appointed CBRE as the lead leasing agency to lease and market One Causeway Bay at 281 Gloucester Road, Causeway Bay, to be completed by 2Q25.

One Causeway Bay sits at the site of the former Excelsior Hotel, historically known as East Point.
 
The building undergoing redevelopment is near the Causeway Bay MTR Station.

Upon completion, the project will provide around 500,000 sq ft of office space across 24 floors and 55,000 sq ft of retail, entertainment, and dining space in the 4-level retail podium and the two rooftop levels.

Designed by Kohn Petersen Fox and Ronald Lu & Partners, the project will offer green and smart features to enhance tenant wellness, operational efficiency, and sustainability.
