Richard Hanson
With over 12 years’ experience in the recruitment industry, Richard Hanson is CEO and Co-Founder of Jobable, Asia’s most advanced career platform with over a million users and incorporating machine learning and artificial intelligence.
A known figure within the talent acquisition and retention space, Hanson makes regular appearances at industry round tables and entrepreneurship events and his blogs and whitepapers have been featured in global HR publications.
Jobable launched in March 2016, with close to 200,000 job applications processed for over 2,000 employers. Jobable’s ‘special sauce’ is their machine learning recommendation engine that examines hundreds of data points to efficiently connect job seekers to the best opportunities and companies to the best talent. The company also operates in the Philippines and Singapore.
The company has raised close to US$3 million in venture funding with their most recent round led by Asian-based investors including Welight Capital, a firm founded by former Tencent executives, and Garage Capital.

Rob England
Rob England has over 16 years experience in management and leadership in Japan and the United Kingdom in both the education and service sectors. His professional roles have encompassed international education, training and coaching, business development, career and business consulting, and managing a start-up business in Japan and most recently, Hong Kong. Rob has covered a broad range of industry from consumer products to life sciences, automotive to inspection and certification companies.
Roger Chen
As Regional President at GoDaddy, Roger is on point to build a market-leading position for GoDaddy in the Region by delivering compelling end-to-end experiences supported by world-class go to market activities offering SMB online solutions and platforms.
Prior to GoDaddy, he spent 6 years at Yahoo where he last served as Vice President of Product Management, led PM and Design teams for Asia across Media, Search, e-Commerce, Mobile, Partnerships, and Custom Solutions.
He has over 20 years of professional experience in Asia & US, focused on internet product development, marketing, consumer hardware, and telecom. His previous leadership experiences included Technical Director at AT&T/SBC Communications, and led product development of consumer laptop group at Dell with annual billion dollar product revenue.
Roger graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, double-majored BA degree in Computer Science and Economics.

Ronald Wong
Ronald Wong is General Manager of Hong Kong and Macau at Lenovo, where he leads the overall business expansion in the consumer and commercial segments in both markets, overseeing Lenovo’s product and service portfolio, including PCs, gaming laptops, tablets, smart devices and workstations.
With over 20 years’ regional experience in the information technology industry across Hong Kong, Taiwan and Korea, Ronald has a track record of growth, profitability and operational excellence, with core competencies in channel management, account management and business development. Ronald joined Lenovo in 2014 as the Commercial Relationship (REL) Business Leader of Hong Kong and Taiwan, where he led the growth of the relationship business.
Prior to joining Lenovo, Ronald was with IBM for 17 years driving Global Business Partner growth for hardware, software and services in Hong Kong and Macau. Whilstat IBM, Ronald successfully led the design and execution of channel incentive structures, marketing programmes and growth initiatives.
Based in Hong Kong, Ronald earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
