Blake Larson
Blake Larson is the Managing Director, International at Lalamove. He spent his career leading teams and overseeing operations during periods of exponential growth for both Fortune 500 companies and tech start-ups across four continents. In his current role, Blake oversees operations across Asia, including in Singapore, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam, Malaysia and India.
Formerly, Blake served as the Managing Director of Rocket Internet’s Easy Taxi in Hong Kong and oversaw Business Development in the region from 2013 to 2014. He helped establish the business as one of the market leaders in Hong Kong, India, Indonesia and Singapore. Prior to that, Blake co- ounded and served as the managing director of Air Crew Club, a global marketplace for airline employees, from 2012 to 2013. Blake also served at the Clinton Foundation in their Global Health Finance Department in 2012. His primary role was to work with local government and funding partners to drive operational improvements to lower the cost of treatment.
Brian Lavall�e
Brian Lavallée is the Senior Director of Portfolio Marketing with global responsibility for Ciena’s Packet and Submarine networking solutions. Brian has over 20 years of telecommunications experience with past roles in Product Line Management, Systems Engineering, Research & Development, and Manufacturing. During his career, he has worked in various areas of optical networking including access, metro, regional, long-haul, and submarine networks. He holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree from Concordia University and an MBA in Marketing from McGill University, both located in Montréal, Québec, Canada.
Brian Lo
Brian Lo is the general manager at Deliveroo Hong Kong & Taiwan, the leading on-demand food delivery platform founded in London in 2013. Brian launched Deliveroo Hong Kong in late 2015 and has rapidly grown the business across the region, employing hundreds of riders and partnering with over 4,000 of the city’s favourite restaurants to give customers the best food delivery experience in the world. Brian also launched Deliveroo Taiwan in September 2018. Brian is responsible for everything from operations to staff development to maintaining relationships with clients and customers.
Prior to joining Deliveroo, Brian was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company where he specialised in working with large corporations around the globe to improve their overall capabilities and performance. Brian graduated from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with a degree in economics, finance and management.

Calvin Wong
Calvin Wong is the lead digital and analytics strategist for Burson-Marsteller Asia Pacific. Calvin is a three year veteran of Burson-Marsteller in a strategic advisory role for our major clients globally and regionally, including Ford, Invisalign, Microsoft and Qualcomm, as well as state organizations including the Government of New Zealand and Singapore. Currently, Calvin is in charge of digital strategy, measurement, and effectiveness and optimization across social media, paid media, and earned media.
Camilla de Villiers
Camilla de Villiers is the Managing Director for the Asia Pacific region of HireRight. She joined HireRight in 2016 after 15 years at Thomson Reuters. Camilla is based in Hong Kong, where she has lived since 2009, developing a strong understanding of the region, its cultural diversity and promising business landscape. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Law degree from the University of Witwatersrand in South Africa.
Casey Lau
Casey Lau is one of Hong Kong’s tech startup pioneers having co-founded one of Hong Kong’s first web design studios, first e-commerce and Hong Kong’s first blogs. He is one of the co-founders of StartupsHK. He is also the Community Manager for SoftLayer’s Catalyst Startup Program, providing virtual incubator services for startups across Asia-Pacific.
