Cichen Shen
Cichen Shen is reporter at Lloyd’s List, responsible for covering maritime news across the Asia Pacific region. Before joining Lloyd’s List in December 2014, Cichen was a reporter for Caijing Magazine from 2012 to 2013. Prior to this, he served as a local producer for the Shanghai bureau of National Public Radio (NPR) and as a news assistant for the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC) in Shanghai.

David Hui
David Hui is a Partner in Heidrick & Struggles based in Hong Kong. He has over 20 years of experience in executive search and consulting globally. He specializes in senior-level assignments relating to executives in public and private companies and family-owned businesses.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, David was the Founding Partner of a regional boutique search and consulting firm. From 2005-2008, David served as the Head of the Financial Services Practice for Asia Pacific at Korn/Ferry International, leading a team of more than 40 consultants. Prior to this, he spent six years as Head of Asia for Whitehead Mann, UK’s largest listed Executive Search firm.
David holds an LLB (joint honors) degree in law and Chinese studies from the University of Leeds, and an LLM from the University of London. He also holds an MBA from the Kellogg-HKUST Executive MBA Program in Hong Kong. David is qualified to practice as an attorney in England and Wales, as well as in Hong Kong.
