Eric Chin
Eric is the Chief Business Development Officer (CBDO) of InCorp Group. He provides consultancy to local and foreign entities on the ideal market-entry strategies for setting up or expanding operations in Southeast Asia.
Before joining InCorp, he was the Senior Vice President and Team Lead of the International Subsidiaries Banking division of HSBC and OCBC.
An ex-corporate banker for more than 11 years, he has extensive experience in working with companies of different sizes: tech startups, scaleups, international SMEs, and multinational corporations in Singapore and the rest of the world.
At present, Eric regularly participates as a guest speaker in business forums sponsored or organised by the Singaporean government or by InCorp’s corporate partners. He also participates as an advisor in mentorship programs for tech startups in Singapore.

With business, communications consultancy and in-house marketing experience working across Asia,
Europe, Middle East and Africa, and the United States, Erica’s expertise lies in driving strategies for international campaigns and cross-cultural business management. She has advised executives, launched and repositioned brands—notably Barclays, Lytro, NXP, Philips, Rakuten SanDisk and Talent2—in different markets around the world. In Asia Pacific, she has led regional and local teams on both B2B and B2C campaigns, driving brand awareness, corporate thought leadership and consumer activation.
Euan Jones
Euan Jones (euan.jones@eca-international.com) has been a Remuneration Analyst at ECA since 2011. His role involves surveying expatriate compensation, benefits and remuneration policies to assist multinational companies in benchmarking their expatriate packages against current market practice. Prior to that, he worked in ECA’s Location Ratings department researching the factors affecting expatriate living conditions around the world. Euan has a BA Hons in Geography from University of Leeds and an MA from the Department of War Studies at Kings College London.
Ewan Ross
Being one of the top performers in Meltwater, Ewan has led a successful career within the organisation starting in Edinburgh before moving to South Africa where he developed business across Africa. Ewan then launched Meltwater's business in India before moving across to Hong Kong where he now heads up the Greater China region with offices in Shanghai, Beijing, and Hong Kong.
In his current capacity as Area Director of Meltwater, Ewan Ross oversees the business development and operation in Greater China. With years of experience in media intelligence in different markets, Ewan understands the importance of leveraging external data to build brands and drive business growth. As a trusted partner and media intelligence consultant to brands, he is passionate in enabling brands in the region to extract insights from billions of online conversations, and stay ahead of their competition.
London born, Scottish-bred, Ewan was educated at the University of Edinburgh studying economics. He currently calls Hong Kong home.
