Waiving business registration fee possible

Other one-off measures will be looked into to relieve inflationary pressure.

According to a report by the Information Services Department, Secretary for Commerce & Economic Development Gregory So said the administration will consider whether to introduce one-off measures such as waiving the business registration fee, taking into account the Government's fiscal position and the economic situation.

The business registration fee may be waived in the 2012-13 Budget.
