
Hong Kong's budget speech to be delivered today

Financial Secretary John Tsang will present the 2013-14 Budget in the Legislative Council at 11am today.
The speech will be delivered live on television and radio, and the full text of the Budget speech and other related documents will also be released simultaneously on the Budget website (https://www.budget.gov.hk).
Copies of the Budget speech and a leaflet highlighting key proposals will be available from around 1.15pm until 7pm at the Home Affairs Department’s 20 Public Enquiry Service Centres.
The Information Services Department will distribute copies at the footbridge entrance to Central Government Offices at Tamar, opposite Admiralty Centre.
Copies of the leaflets will be distributed at seven government offices, Labour Department offices, 20 Mass Transit Railway stations, the ground plaza of HSBC Main Building, at 66 shopping centres in public housing estates, and other locations. Click here for details.
Mr Tsang will hold a press conference to explain his budget initiatives at 3.30pm, and will attend a joint television panel discussion forum at 7pm.
He will attend a joint radio phone-in programme on February 28 to answer questions from the public.
