Govt to launch eMPF platform in June
The platform will reduce admin costs.
The Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority will launch the eMPF Platform on 26 June.
The platform will reduce admin costs and directly benefit members through fee reductions. It will also automate admin tasks to enhance efficiency and avoid human errors.
MPF members will each have one eMPF account where they can view MPF balances under different trustees and consolidate different accounts.
Ye Life Trustees and China Life Trustees will be onboarded on 26 June and 29 July, respectively, whilst the rest of the MPF schemes will join the platform in ascending order based on the value of their MPF assets under management.
All schemes are set to be onboarded by the end of 2025.
