
Guess who are the stock losers in Hong Kong's property market
Stocks inched higher by 1.3%.
According to CIMB, Hong Kong property stocks continued the uptrend by rising +1.3% w-w. They outperformed the HS Index (-0.1% w-w) but underperformed their Chinese peers (+2.1% w-w).
Spurred by the news of its conversion from B to H shares, China Vanke (B share) surged +29.3% w-w, being the best weekly performer.

China property stocks made up four out of the top five weekly performers. On the flip side, Sunac China’s 12.2% w-w drop made it the worst performer of the week.
For the year, SPG Land remained the best performer with its share price up 44% YTD, while Renhe continued to be the worst performer showing a 16% YTD loss.
