Hong Kong Smart City Consortium bags Tekes partnership
The two collaborate on smart city projects and potential funding.
Hong Kong's Smart City Consortium (SCC) inked a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Finnish Funding Agency for Innovation (Tekes) for smart city-related collaborations.
According to a press release, the two plan to develop new business concepts and collaborate in areas such as smart transportation, smart buildings, ICT, smart energy, e-health, and smart security.
The deal will encourage collaborative projects, participation from other industries, and funding collaborations.
The two are also expecting to facilitate the exchange of knowledge and push for bilateral cooperation for new services and business concepts.
