Franck Muller opens a Maison for luxury and cravings
Its flagship store in HK comes with two new gourmet restaurants.
Situated at the new four-story maison of Swiss luxury young watchmaker, Franck Muller, are two new restaurants to satisfy your cravings. Found at the second floor is FRANCESCO by FRANCK MULLER which offers an Italian flare with a Japanese twist and on the third floor is EIGHTEEN SHARP which offers Chinese cuisine with a western identity. Both restaurants opened along with the Maison Frank Muller’s grand opening last June 27, 2014.

The first floor of the new maison in Hong Kong introduces two other brands, Backes & Strauss and CVSTOS, both are under FRANCK MULLER Group. Backes & Strauss creates jewelry timepieces from the world famous workshops of Franck Muller Watchland. CVSTOS is an independent brand and is known for its distinctive high-tech approach to design, a perfect balance between traditional watchmaking and state-of-the-art innovation.
FRANCESCO by FRANCK MULLER
Francesco aims to provide a remarkable experience in enjoying fine dining of the delightful mixed of Italian-Japanese culinary on the second floor.
“While Franck Muller has an extensive network of boutiques to meet its need to the watch connoisseurs, Hong Kong has always been known as the trendsetter of all. This time we are extremely excited and honored to be bringing in the very first fine dining concept within the watch industry. Our vision is to present our guests with an
impeccable luxury retail environment at our concept boutique, along with a paralleled dining experience,” said Kingston Chu, Vice Chairman & Managing Director of Sincere Brand Management and Franck Muller Fine Dining Limited.
FRANCESCO by FRANCK MULLER marries the two cuisines – Italian and Japanese, which both are known for using fine ingredients. They are now combined to give the menu a new spin to the traditional dishes.
The restaurant’s interior design team seamlessly blends the chic yet traditional Japanese window at the ceiling to create the most comforting dining atmosphere.
Another signature to FRANCESCO by FRANCK MULLER’s design was the colorful environment, inspired by one of Franck Muller’s most signature collection, Color Dreams. Each of the chairs’ color represents the color on one of the index on the Color Dreams’ dial. It is also to add in the playful yet vibrant vibe in the dining experience for the customers.
