According to a release, Father’s Day is a brilliant opportunity to give dads a special experience and express how much they mean. This year, Auberge Discovery Bay Hong Kong is launching an indulgent lunch and superb dinner for all dads at their coveted signature restaurant, Café bord de Mer.

For an unforgettable day, enjoy lunch in Café bord de Mer with its exceptional seaside views and delicious spread of contemporary French cuisine and pan-Asian delights.

From 12pm till 3pm for HKD328* per person guests can enjoy a delectable array of appetisers and mains as well as a sumptuous dessert station with an added celebratory glass of sparkling wine, and HKD164* per child under 12. Alternatively watch the day turn into night over dinner for HKD388* per person with a glass of champagne, and HKD194* per child under 12, available from 6:30pm to 9pm.

The mouth-watering selection of mains include Sinshyu Miso Atlantic Codfish with a Wakame Risotto, Kabayaki Haricot Beans and Bonito Foam; Boston Black Mussels with Linguini Pasta and a Lemongrass Broth with Garlic Toast; Slow Cooked Chicken Breast with Pan Roasted Shallots, Green Pea Puree and a Lemon Thyme Jus; Red Wine Braised Beef Short Ribs with Truffle Glaze Gnocchi and Bone Marrow Rosemary Jus and a Penne Rigate with Sun-dried Tomatoes, Sweet Basil and Ricotta Cheese.
