Fatty Crab unveils new menu of chilled dishes
Giving Hong Kongers reasons to chill out.
With the temperature rising, Fatty Crab invites guests to chill out and cool down this summer with chilled dishes at Fatty Crab’s restaurant and bar. Chef De Cuisine Kristofor Olbrich ensures each bite packs a punch, yet keeps guests palates fresh and wanting more.
According to a release from Fatty Crab, chilled dishes to choose from at the bar include Smoked Crab Curry Summer Roll made with jumbo lump crab meat, Thai celery and chives, Scallop Crudo prepared with coconut, chili, lime and crispy shallots, Smoked Norwegian Salmon Tartar with fermented tofu aioli and culantro, and last but not least, Chilled Prawns which are served with dill & pickled daikon tartar, and a lettuce & herb plate to keep things cool.
The release also said that for diners in the restaurant looking for a lighter option amidst the classic dishes, the Prawn & Pomelo Salad (HK$ 120) a mixed of chilled market prawns, toasted coconut and cilantro, would be the ideal option.

In addition to the above, classic raw dishes are also available at the bar as well as on the dining side of the venue.
Guests can enjoy a Daily Selection of Oysters (at Market Price) paired with green chili seafood sauce, fried shallots and herbs.
The raw bar also serves Chilled Dungeness Crab (Half and Whole at Market Price) with red chili sauce and aioli.
In addition guests can choose the Skinny Plateau, which comes with 6 Oysters, Smoked Norwegian Salmon Tartar and Chilled Prawns (HK$360) for a suggested selection of items.
