In a release, Celestial Court Chinese Restaurant presents the “Wine & Dine - Sparklinlicious Way” Dom Pérignon Champagne Pairing dinner, to bring its guests an unprecedented east meets west wine & dine experience and showcase an award-wining Chinese gastronomic delicacies paired with the most exclusive selection of rare vintages from Dom Pérignon Champagne, Oenotheque and Rosé on 25 April.
Guests will enjoy the exquisite champagne dinner and the mellow tastes of the world leading vintage champagne from world top’s erudite ambassador.
Award-wining Chef Chan Siu Kei will showcase his culinary skills in Celestial Court and bring guests his signature dishes such as the Trio of US Pacific Rock Oysters (Deep-fried, sautéed with French Morel Mushrooms, seared with aged Mandarin Peel), Sautéed fresh Red Crab Claw and Egg White, and Steamed Wild Pacific Garoupa Filet with Hokkaido Sea Urchin.
