Suspension is effective until 31 May.
According to a report, the Food & Environmental Hygiene Department has ordered a food factory in Tsuen Wan to suspend business until May 31.
The facility, located at No.6 Yi Pei Square, was closed for breaching the Food Business Regulation by illegally extending the food business area.
The factory had two convictions for the beach in February and the court levied a fine of $4,000 and 30 demerit points were registered under the department's demerit points system.
The contraventions resulted in the suspension.
