Noble House's Noble Crab outlet opens in Hong Kong
The outlet is located in Wong Nai Chung Road, Happy Valley.
Noble House (China) Holdings Limited, a renowned and premier Chinese restaurant chain group in China, has debuted its first hairy crab special store in Hong Kong with the opening of “Noble Crab,” bringing the “Zhiqiang (志強)” branded hairy crab, a brand selected in the popular CCTV television program “A Bite of China”.
The new store is a major step for the Group to develop the high-end food market in Hong Kong.
The first “Noble Crab” outlet is located at a premium spot targeting customers with strong purchasing power on Wong Nai Chung Road, Happy Valley, nestled among the high-end residential estates, hotels and the popular shopping zones in Causeway Bay.
The management of “Noble Crab” intends to run the retail business of “Zhiqiang” branded hairy crab in Hong Kong adhering to the same high standards set at Noble House restaurants, with the aim to offer the best hairy crabs and fine food for local customers.
In the store featuring classic and modern decor, it will offer the finest fresh hairy crabs and related products such as premium crab mustard and crabmeat, chili sauce with crab cream and crabmeat, crab oil, hairy crabs in Chinese wine and tailored vinegar for hairy crab.
In addition, “Noble Crab” also offers other frozen top quality food delights including snow crabs, Canadian snow crab legs, blue crab meat from the US and haliotidaes from Chile provided by renowned seafood supplier Sun Wah Group.
