Two-week suspension due to regulation breaches.
According to a report, the Food & Environmental Hygiene Department has ordered a light refreshment restaurant in Yau Ma Tei to suspend business for two weeks for repeated regulation breaches.
The restaurant, at No.43 Temple Street, was ordered to close today to July 20 after two convictions in April for breaching the Food Business Regulation by illegally extending the business area.
Punished by a fine of $11,000 and 30 demerit points, the contraventions resulted in the suspension.
The restaurant had two similar convictions which led to a suspension in May.
