Overall, 231 cases are confirmed.
According to a release, the Centre for Health Protection is monitoring 10 additional human H7N9 cases on the Mainland.
The seven Zhejiang cases include two men and five women aged between 23 and 82, who are in hospital.
The remaining three cases involve a 58-year-old Huizhou woman, a 52-year-old Meizhou man and a 58-year-old Beijing man.
A total of 231 human cases of the disease have been confirmed on the Mainland so far.
