Typhoon signal No.8 issued in Hong Kong
Typhoon Utor moves towards Guangdong.
According to a report, the Hong Kong Observatory issued the No 8 signal at 1.40am today. The signal will remain in force in the morning, as Typhoon Utor moves northwest towards Guangdong.
The Home Affairs Department has so far opened 19 temporary shelters, at which 41 people have sought refuge.
