JC PROcruit C offers traineeship opportunities to over 500 first-time job seekers

It provides job opportunities in the creativity, technology, business, and healthcare sectors.

The JC PROcruit C has onboarded over 500 first-time jobseekers, providing them one-year professional traineeship programme across four professional sectors such as creativity, technology, business, and healthcare.

In a statement, JC PROcruit C, which was created and funded by The Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Club, said the onboarding of over 500 jobseekers is a part of the programme’s second phase, bringing the total career opportunities it offered to close to 1,000.

Aside from degree and sub-degree holders, the programme now covers the holders of the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education or equivalent qualifications.

The programme urges employers to follow a strength-based talent-matching model that prioritises job seeker's values, attitudes, skills and knowledge.
