Applications for innovation-technology fund program unveiled

They're open until 30 September.

According to a report, a second round of funding applications are being invited for the Innovation & Technology Fund’s Innovation & Technology Support Programme until September 30.

The Innovation & Technology Commission announced today the application exercise covers Tier 2 and Tier 3 funding.

Tier 2 involves funding projects that are industry-oriented and have the potential for commercialisation, while Tier 3 involves funding exploratory and forward-looking projects.

For this round the commission said it would particularly like to receive proposals under the themes of 'Elderly' or 'Green Technology'. However, proposals not falling under these two themes will also be accepted.
