CUHKMC, FWD, and Pfizer partner for migraine awareness in HK
12.5% of Hong Kong's population suffers from migraines.
CUHK Medical Centre (CUHKMC), FWD Hong Kong (FWD), and Pfizer Hong Kong have teamed up to raise awareness about migraines and support those affected.
Research showed that about 12.5% of Hong Kong's population suffers from migraines, particularly individuals aged 18 to 44. Women are three to four times more likely to experience migraines than men.
As part of the initiative, FWD MAX platform will provide a series of resources on migraines and offer a free online migraine assessment.
The first 50 users who meet specific health conditions will receive a complimentary migraine assessment from the Clinical Neuroscience Centre at CUHKMC.
FWD MAX will also continue to offer relevant health information and assessments, allowing users to gain insights into their migraine health by answering five simple questions.
