New Space Museum sky show kicks off
It will run until 29 April.
According to a government release, the Space Museum's latest sky show Tales of the Maya Skies opened today, unveiling the mysteries of the ancient Maya civilisation and its legends, as well as revealing its remarkable achievements in astronomy and mathematics.
Running until April 29, the 34-minute show will enable the audience to discover how science, art and myths were interwoven to create the brilliant Maya civilisation which spanned more than 2,000 years.
The show will be screened at 3.50pm and 7.20pm daily. An extra screening session will run at 12.20pm on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
Tickets are $24 and $32 at the museum’s box office and at URBTIX.
