Xinyi Glass picked as a constituent stock of Hang Seng Mainland 100 index
The company has been chosen among the 100 largest which derive the majority of their sales revenue from China.
Xinyi Glass Holdings Limited (“Xinyi Glass”), a leading integrated high-quality float glass, automobile glass, energy saving construction glass and solar glass manufacturer, has been selected as a constituent stock of the Hang Seng Mainland 100 Index and will take effect on 7 November 2011.
The Hang Seng Mainland 100 Index comprises the 100 largest companies which derive the majority of their sales revenue (or profit or assets if more relevant) from Mainland China, including H shares, Red Chips and shares of other Hong Kong-listed Mainland companies. The Index offers a comprehensive benchmark to gauge the Mainland sector of the Hong Kong stock market, according to a Xinyi Glass report.
