From the 18th to 21st April, 2013 the Hong Kong International Cheese Festival will take place at the Aqua Restaurant Group’s award-winning venues Hullett House and Armani/Aqua. This year’s festival showcases an even wider variety of cheeses than previous years. French, Italian, Dutch and Scottish cheeses will be available in the popular European-style cheese market, open free of charge to the public. The festival programme also promises an exciting line-up of events which include exclusive cheese master-classes, wine, whisky, beer, champagne and fruit cider with cheese pairing tastings and gourmet cheese dinners by award-winning, Chef Philippe Orrico at Hullett House and Armani/Aqua.
