By Jane WongDo you ever wonder why some business owners are so successful, while others are just scraping by, trying to make some money for a living and working very long hours?
When I first quit my job from the position of Finance Director in a local telecom company, I have made up my mind to start my own jewelry business, now extend to include wedding planning too, in pursuit of my dream.
It’s never easy, from stationery design to printing, mission statement drafting to strategies setting. You will need to be very hands-on on everything. Yet, it is not guaranteed you will succeed.

The secret is actually a COMBINATION of various elements. It’s not about taking particular tips and applies at different points of time then expects the result to turn in. It’s really like having a recipe of various ingredients then makes an incredible dish by using certain techniques in the right order.

4. Focus on your mission and vision. Don’t change it too often that you will ultimately lose your focus.
