Qin Jia Yuan Media Services appoints Patrick Yeung Chung Hang as director

He has taken over starting 18 January.

According to an HKEx release, Qin Jia Yuan Media Services Company announced that Mr. Yeung Chung Hang, Patrick has been appointed as an independent non-executive Director and a member of each of the audit committee and the remuneration committee of the Company with effect from 18 January 2013.

Mr. Yeung, aged 38, has over 15 years of experience in investment banking and private equity in the Asia Pacific region. He is currently a Managing Director of Crosby Asset Management (Hong Kong) Limited and a Director of BlackPine Private Equity Partners.

Mr. Yeung joined Crosby Capital Limited (“Crosby”) in 1999 and has held senior positions spanning its venture capital, corporate finance and investment management businesses.

Prior to Crosby, Mr. Yeung worked in the investment banking divisions of Salomon Smith Barney and Bear Stearns in Hong Kong. Mr. Yeung holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Electrical Science and Engineering.
