Police Force launches recruitment app
This allows people to submit and track their police job applications.
The Hong Kong Police Force (HKPF) launched the “HKPF Recruit” mobile application, allowing the public to submit police job applications and track their application progress.
The app also includes monitoring of interview schedules and results and enrolling in recruitment activities, such as the Police Recruitment Experience and Assessment Day and the Police Mentorship Programme.
The Police Recruitment Division will also roll out the Recruit Police Constable (RPC) “2-in-1 Express” on 9 September.
The initiative gives RPC applicants who have demonstrated adequate preparation and outstanding performance in a group interview the option to attend a final interview on the same day.
The “Police University Recruitment Express (PURE)” will be held at 12 local universities from 13 September to 21 October.
It will feature a police career showcase, exclusive fast-track applications, on-the-spot written exams for probationary inspector roles, and the Basic Law and National Security Law Test.
The Recruitment Division will also visit Jinan University in Guangdong from 29 October to November and Huaqiao University in Fujian from 5 to 8 November to facilitate the admission process for Hong Kong students studying on the Mainland through the “Hong Kong PURE (Mainland)”.
The Common Recruitment Examination in Beijing and Shanghai will take place on 7 December, and the Recruitment Division will conduct recruitment activities for Hong Kong students who are interested in joining the Police Force.
