The Arch Sun Tower properties, Whitesands House 23 in Lantau Island on sale via tender
The public tender will close on 23 September.
CBRE announced the sale of The Arch property portfolio, which includes a penthouse in Sun Tower, other units, car parking spaces, and Whitesands House 23 on No. 160, South Lantau Road in Lantau Island via public tender.
Completed in 2005, The Arch is located atop Kowloon MTR Station and Elements, offering connectivity to the Greater Bay Area (GBA) via the adjacent West Kowloon High-Speed Rail Station.
The portfolio for sale features a penthouse on 80-82/F of Sun Tower (Block 1A) and a private pool on the rooftop. It also includes six car parking spaces on B1/F, four high-rise simplex units with sea views at 79/F and 80/F, and a unit in Star Tower (Block 2).
The penthouse spans a saleable area of 4,398 sq ft and a rooftop area of 2,206 sq ft. Units B and C on the same floor provide a sea view and cover a saleable area of 972 sq ft and 1,029 sq ft, respectively. If purchased together with the penthouse, the total area reaches 6,399 sq ft.
Meanwhile, Whitesands House 23 on No. 160 South Lantau Road by Swire Properties is a two-storey house featuring three ensuite bedrooms spanning 2,417 sq ft of saleable area. It is part of an estate comprising 28 houses.
The property is near Cheung Sha Beach and its 1/F and rooftop offer views of Pui O Bay.
The tender will close on Monday, 23 September at 12 pm.
