Colliers handles sale of coveted King’s Park Hill property

The last property in the area that was put up for sale was worth $105m.

Colliers was named as the sole agent for the sale of House 2, King’s Park Hill in Kowloon on an “as is” basis.

The real estate agency said the property is located along the private road section of King’s Park Hill Road in Ho Man Tin. In terms of transportation, Colliers said the property is accessible to bus and minibus routes, but the estate also provides shuttle buses for residents.

House 2 has a light colour palette and marble walls and floors, Collier said. It has four rooms, including two suites, and a rooftop, whilst the dining room and kitchen on the first floor are separated by a glass partition, the agency added.

Colliers said houses in the area have been rarely put up for sale, with the last one in 2021 when House 27 was sold for $105m, or around $45,000 per square foot.

The whole estate has seven blocks and 42 houses, offering a total of 128 units. Some of its amenities are a clubhouse, an indoor swimming pool, a fitness room, and a minibar.
