Gov't to sell 2,359 green form GSH flats
Sizes of flats under the scheme range from 26 sqm to 60 sqm.
The government has unveiled the average selling prices and sales arrangements for the Green Form Subsidised Home Ownership Scheme (GSH) flats sale. Purchase applications will open in 1Q24.
The government will hold the ballot for GSH 2023 in 2Q24, whilst flat selection will start from Q3/Q4 2024.
The government will sell 2,359 GSH flats in Lai Yuet Court in Cheung Sha Wan, ranging from 26 sq m to 60 sq m in size.
The new GSH flats in this exercise will no longer include Type A flats of a smaller size.
Nearly 180 unsold or rescinded flats from Kai Chuen in Diamond Hill, Ko Wang Couty in Yau Tong, and Kam Pak Court in Ma On Shan will also be up for sale in this exercise.
The government will offer GSH flats with a 48% discount compared to the 38% discount in the previous Home Ownership Scheme (HOS) flats sale exercise.
Meanwhile, the government also approved the implementation of the Families with Newborns Allocation Priority Scheme and the Families with Newborns Flat Selection Priority Scheme.
