UK’s Berkley Group to run first-of-its-kind pop-up retail experience in HK
The pop-up will run for five weeks.
Berkeley Group has brought Britain to Hong Kong with a first-of-its-kind pop-up retail experience in Causeway Bay called “Berkeley on the Square.”
The pop-up at 22-24 Russell Street will be open from 22 September to 22 October.
By visiting the pop-up, visitors can gain access to Berkley Group’s exclusive launches of upcoming developments, complete with interactive models on display.
There will be 37 developments on display from Berkeley Group’s six brands throughout the event, including apartments and houses in London, houses in the home counties, and apartments in Birmingham.
There will also be engaging showcases from famous premium British brands such as Jo Malone and Fortnum & Mason.
Completing the British experience, Berkeley Group will makeover the exterior of the 22-24 Russell Street building to show the London skyline in the window displays.
Each of the four floors within the building will host different activities throughout the event.
Each week, Berkeley Group’s team of experts will seamlessly guide guests through a journey of their latest collection of developments, where they will view state-of-the-art interactive models and receive insights into the new homes and how the company revitalises brownfield sites and builds sustainably.
The developments on display will rotate weekly, much like how a retail outlet changes its window collection with each season, giving guests a different experience each time they visit.
Guests at Berkeley on the Square will have the opportunity to attend several seminars on over 10 different topics led by industry experts.
