Wheelock's SEASONS PLACE launches at 7-year low
The entry-level unit will be available at a price point of $4.472m.
Wheelock Properties and MTR Corporation have unveiled the price list for the initial phase of 130 units at SEASONS PLACE in Tseung Kwan O.
This marks the first MTR major project release since the withdrawal of stamp duties, according to Savills Hong Kong via a report by the Hong Kong Financial Times.
The entry-level unit at SEASONS PLACE will be available at a price point of $4.47m, the lowest in seven years.

Moreover, the discounted rates range from HK$13,576 to HK$14,757 per square foot, a 15% decrease compared to last year's primary flat sales in the same area.
