4 residential developments issued pre-sale consents in Q2
One of the developments is located in Happy Valley and expected to be completed next year.
Four residential developments, totaling 2,142 units, received pre-sale consents from the Lands Department in the second quarter of this year.
Amongst these developments, three received pre-sale consents, including a project in Happy Valley with 123 units expected to be completed next year, two phases of a development in Tuen Mun comprising 1,323 units, and a phased development in Fanling contributing 696 units, both also anticipated to be completed next year.
Additionally, the department granted one consent to assign, involving 1,658 residential units in a phased development in Tuen Mun.
As of the end of last month, the Lands Department had 30 applications for pre-sale consent for residential developments under processing, which together encompass 13,578 residential units, along with three applications for non-residential developments.
Moreover, the department is currently handling two applications for consent to assign, involving 332 residential units and one non-residential unit, respectively.
