In a report, the Electrical & Mechanical Services Department announced that liquefied petroleum gas ceiling prices for dedicated filling stations will decline 11 to 12 cents a litre in November, to range from $4.50 to $4.96 a litre.
The change reflects the LPG international price movement in October.
