Lippo Limited plans putting up integrated resort in Incheon

They are currently seeking preliminary governmental approval.

The board of directors of Lippo Limited announced that the Group together with other joint venture partners entered into various agreements regarding a project in the Republic of Korea.

The agreements established the terms on which the parties agreed to seek preliminary governmental approval that would allow them to design, develop, construct, and own an integrated resort located in Incheon.

In the event the series of transactions are concluded, it is intended that Caesars Entertainment
Corporation or its affiliates would construct and operate an integrated hotel-casino to be located in the project.

Lippo Limited said it will not participate or engage in any gaming business in the project.
