Kingdee names Feng Guohua group president
Feng to lead a new four-year development strategy that would transform Kingdee from a software company to an integrated management and IT solutions service provider.
Kingdee International Software Group Co., Ltd. (“Kingdee” or “the Group”) on Monday announced the appointment of Mr. Feng Guohua as the President of the Group and the CEO of Kingdee Software (China) Limited (Kingdee China). Mr. Feng will participate in the major strategic decisions for the Group, overseeing management consultancy, management software and solutions businesses of the Group, according to a Kingdee report.
Prior to joining the Group, Mr Feng has served as a Professional Service Director for Siemens; Senior Manager for Arthur Andersen, Advisory Service Director for PricewaterhouseCoopers, and Global Business Service Managing Partner for IBM.
Gifted with leadership, Feng possesses extensive experiences in business consulting and information services. He has also been proactively promoting and exploring innovative consulting practice for the transformation and management of Chinese enterprises.

Feng Guohua graduated from the China University of Technology, Mr. Feng Guohua obtained a Bachelor Degree in Financial Management and Computer Applications. In the later years, Feng studied at Harvard Business School for the AMP certificate. Feng is qualified consultant of IBM, SAP and many other professional certifications. Prior to joining the Group, Mr Feng has served as a Professional Service Director for Siemens; Senior Manager for Arthur Andersen, Advisory Service Director for PricewaterhouseCoopers, and Global Business Service Managing Partner for IBM. Over the past 15 years, Mr. Feng has been devoted to serving China's state-owned, private, and foreign-funded enterprises, providing consulting services in strategies, organization, capacity building and information technology services for the transformation of a number of well-known enterprises. He has developed long-term strategic partnership with the enterprise client, and at the same time established a leading consulting team and dominated the consulting business in China.
